We just wanted to take a minute and reach out to all of our clients/followers to send well wishes, as we hope everyone is staying safe in these crazy times. It Is really unbelievable what’s going on around the world right now & in our own beautiful country.
Brad’s Tree Service is still operational during the COVID-19 epidemic, we’ve just changed things up to protect our extremely valuable team & any clients we’re working for. We are considered an essential service due to high volume of hazardous tree work we do.
We’re lucky to be able to work outside in this awesome weather. It makes ‘social distancing’ easy for us! We’re only allowing one team member per vehicle, and each vehicle is loaded with sanitation stations. Our team has been very cautious about each of their health conditions and have been educated on signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
We’re lucky that we can provide our clients a completely ‘no contact’ process, starting from the estimate right down to payment. We can communicate via email, phone calls or text messages. Our billing process is mainly completed in our office and we can send everything via email, unless a paper copy Is requested by anyone who doesn’t have access to email. The payment process can be done by mailing a cheque to our office or via etransfer or online credit card payments.
We know everyone has been individually effected by all of this. We hate seeing our community members suffer. From people shutting the doors of their small businesses, to people who have taken a pay cut from being laid off, or worse - anyone who’s family has been victim of the virus itself.
If we’re all acting responsible & taking this situation seriously, we can get this over with sooner and be back to normal! I know our main focus here is, staying healthy & doing our part to keep our community healthy. Every cloud has a silver lining & our families silver lining (so far) Is our health, the beautiful weather and the extra time with our household!
We hope everyone can take something positive out of this dark time & find something to be thankful for.
If you know anyone in the community that needs help during this time - please reach out! We’d love to help out where we can!
Stay healthy & stay safe.
